Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Metal Merize, every piece is precision-engineered and artisan-forged. We take the same level of care in packaging and shipping your items as we do in crafting them.

Please review our shipping timelines and policies below to know exactly when to expect your new metalwork.

⏱️ Order Processing

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before leaving our workshop.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. National Holidays are not included in processing or transit times).

🚚 Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Once your order has been processed and leaves the forge, the following transit times apply based on your selected shipping method:

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $150): $5.99 | 5–7 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping (Orders over $150): FREE | 5–7 Business Days

  • Express Shipping (All Orders): $20.00 | 2–3 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Standard International: Calculated at checkout | 7–14 Business Days

  • Premium International (Orders over $300): FREE | 7–14 Business Days

(Note: Transit times begin the day your order is shipped, not the day the order is placed).

📦 Order Tracking

Total visibility from our forge to your door. All Metal Merize orders are shipped with secure tracking. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

📍 Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is perfectly accurate before completing your checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • We cannot cancel, refund, or reroute an order once it has been shipped to an incorrect address.

🌍 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International)

For our international connoisseurs, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Metal Merize is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

❄️ Holiday Season & High-Volume Periods

During peak holiday gifting seasons (November 23rd – December 28th), our artisans experience high volume. Please anticipate extended processing times:

  • Express Orders: May require up to 3–5 days of processing before shipment.

  • Standard Orders: May require up to 6–10 days of processing before shipment.

  • On rare occasions, or for extended delivery zip codes, your order may arrive outside of the standard estimated timeframe. We recommend ordering early during the holidays to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.
